How do I log into my account?

If you've already created your account but you're having trouble signing in, the best thing to check first is that you're logging in using the same email address that you entered when placing your order. Our login field is case sensitive, so make sure to enter your email address with no capital letters.
If you’re sure it's the same email address and it's still not working, you can click here to reset your password, and gain access to your account.
The email to reset your password should come through after just a few minutes — if not, have a quick peek in your junk or 'promotions' folder as they sometimes end up there.

How do I create an account?
You can easily create a Kisah BaoBao account with just your name and email address. Simply click here to get started. You can create an account before or after placing an order.
If you're creating your account after placing your order, please note that to see your order details, you'll need to create your account using the same email address that you entered during checkout.
How do I change my password?
Changing your password is easy! Just head over to our Password Reset page. Once there, enter the email address attached to your account, and a password reset link will be emailed to you in two shakes of a lamb's tail.
If you've waited four shakes, and there's no sign of your email, have a peek in your junk or 'promotions' folder as they occasionally find their way there. If not, just let us know and we'll be glad to help out with a password change.
How do I unsubscribe or close my account?
We're sad to see you go, but we can absolutely help to unsubscribe you from our mailing list, or delete your account if you'd like.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, by clicking the 'unsubscribe here' link at the very bottom of any of the newsletters you've received from us.
If you need help unsubscribing, or if you'd like to close or delete your account entirely, simply get in touch and our Angels will be happy to assist.
